Cleveland, Ohio
Nearly $100 million of updates are planned for Cleveland’s meeting and event facilities over the next two years, including expansion of the downtown convention center, new hotel properties and updates at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
The Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland is expanding with flexible meeting rooms, an increased junior ballroom, and a new outdoor terrace. Updates are planned to be complete in time for the city to host the 2024 ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition. At the I-X Center, one of the largest convention centers in the U.S., a $50-million renovation includes new arrival experiences and interior upgrades. After extensive renovations, the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel will be rebranded as Hotel Cleveland in 2024 and a new W Hotel and boutique Fidelity Hotel will follow. The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame will break ground this year on a $100-million expansion expected to bring a new concert venue and gallery space.
