Visit San Antonio and Culinaria partnered with the world-renowned James Beard Foundation to bring the first Tasting Texas, Wine + Food Festival to life at historic Travis Park in the heart of beautiful downtown San Antonio October 27-30. This four-day culinary “festival with a purpose” showcased distinguished top culinary leaders across the U.S. and Mexico, up-and-coming chefs from all across Texas and diverse culinary talent. An exclusive culinary event, the Texas Wine + Food Festival was an amazing success.
In 2017, San Antonio became the second UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy in the U.S. Home of the Culinary Institute of America San Antonio, the city’s rich culinary scene celebrates its blend of cultures for dining options that reflect San Antonio’s personality.
